Due to the nature of vaping products and for hygiene and safety reasons, certain return and refund limitations apply.

 

Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product or flavor

  • The product arrived damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Your package was lost during shipping or not delivered

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please provide:

  • Clear photo or video showing the issue (for damaged or defective products)

  • A brief description of the problem

Non-Returnable Products

Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

 

Replacement Policy

If your product arrives defective or non-functional, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

If the exact product is unavailable, we may provide a store credit or an alternative replacement.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
