Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days (Most orders arrive within this timeframe)
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 Business Days (Available in select areas during checkout)
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Geek Bar Prices may occasionally offer promotional or free shipping offers. Customers are encouraged to check our website or promotional emails for current deals.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You may also check your order status through your account if you created one during checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal, state, and local regulations regarding vaping and nicotine-related products, we may be unable to ship disposable vapes to certain U.S. states or jurisdictions. Orders placed from restricted locations will be automatically canceled and refunded.
At this time, Geek Bar Prices ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Geek Bar Prices is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided during checkout.
If your package appears delayed or lost:
Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If further assistance is needed, contact our support team and we will help you resolve the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the package and products along with your order details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Geek Bar Prices is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.
